PB8 Acidophilus Probiotic 120 Ct Bottle - The microflora growth concentrate selected for PB8 is inulin, a natural carbohydrate from chicory root (Cichorium intybus). Inulin is also found in a variety of fruits, vegetables, and grains. Inulin promotes the selective growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestine and is considered a prebiotic. Suggested use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) capsules per day. Warnings: This product contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Contains no wheat (gluten), eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, or salt. The probiotic bacteria in this product are cultured using a combination of vitamins, minerals, and dairy proteins. Though the culture medium is removed before encapsulation, there may be traces of dairy in this product.
