Zaditor® is an over-the-counter antihistamine eye drop formulated to provide temporary relief from itchy eyes due to allergies. It contains ketotifen fumarate 0.035% (equivalent to ketotifen 0.025%), a dual-action compound that acts as both an antihistamine and a mast cell stabilizer. This combination helps to block histamine release and prevent allergic reactions in the eyes.
